Hey there, I'm Sasha, the founder of Simplified Studio. The idea for this venture came about during my journey toward better health, which began in 2022 when I finally confronted chronic physical and mental health issues that I had normalized for too long. Much of my progress since then is owed to the incredible guidance I've received from various practitioners, therapists, coaches and companies.
Through conversations with these health and wellness professionals, I discovered that despite their passion for helping clients, many struggle with overwhelm, stress or dissatisfaction with other aspects of their business. Simplified Studio was born from a desire to support these small business owners who dedicate themselves to helping others, utilizing the humble skills I've acquired in my life so far.
